How do I add credit packages to my cart and pay?
Click any package above or open the "Buy Credits & Cart" tab inside Createey Studio. Add one or more packages to your cart, choose your preferred payment method (Stripe Card, PayPal, eSewa, Khalti, Bank/QR, or WooCommerce), and place your order to receive your credits.
How are credits deducted when generating videos or images?
Every video generation (Veo 3.1, Omni Flash, Seedance 2.5, ChatGPT Video) deducts 5 credits, and every image generation (Seedream 5.0 Pro, Banana 2.1, Image GPT) deducts 1 credit. If a provider job fails, credits are refunded automatically.
